        If I could give 0 stars I would. My mom and I visited the location in the Sarasota square mall on 04/07/22 and walked in at 6:37pm. The bigger girl who I am assuming was in charge even though she didnt have the proper uniform on (just a white dirty looking shirt and no name tag) we walked in like I said at 6:37pm and she said we only have 10 minutes to shop. Which if we want to get precise, we had 23 minutes. She was very very rushy and rude. She also answered the phone and hollered at whoever she was speaking too right in the middle of the store. Im not happy with this experience and this bath and body works has lost both my mom and I service.
