I had a stop payment before the issue was charged to my account pnc charged me 33$ to stop the issue well angi list, angi, angi ads,angi pro,angi. ,fraudulently allowed a stop payment to go thru plus they removed the money from my savings account without my permission to pay the fraud charge also talked me out @ times to cancel my account and make a new one before this happened this is completely not acceptable this charge cost me 1425.00 and angi has said they will charge me another 1500.00 just cause and I can't do anything about it they have my accou t info and thanks to pne my reserve account and savings account to do as angi pleases why I paid for a stop charge before all of this?

This is the slowest bank I have ever been to. Especially since they are not busy inside. I have been sitting here at drive thru for 10 mins. And no one has even said hi or anything. Never coming back. My boss needs to switch banks!!!!

I wish this previous company would of stayed instead of changing to this bank . This bank you have to make an appt for almost everything! When I have called with a simple question about my account I was told they were with someone and was referred to an 800# where there was a wait and It was extremely difficult to understand the person on the other line. Why didn't the bank just transfer me to another employee inside the bank? Also I need to check online to see if I can change the times of notifications because I get a text notification at 2:30 AM almost every day. I need to do some research and chang e banks.

Walked into an EMPTY OF CUSTOMERS branch yet had to use the PHONE TO TELL THEM WHY I WAS THERE!!! I had fraud ms teller, ok get your phone she says, Im going to help you tell us why you are here. I JUST TOLD YOU as a HUMAN doing REAL LOGICAL INTERACTION. Oh no maam someone MIGHT have an appointment and wed take them FIRST. The branch remained EMPTY OF CUSTOMERS. I grudgingly played their GAME of electronics over HUMANS. After SEVERAL texts back and forth, YES TEXTS I got my message for why I was there. When finished texting the branch of emptiness, Ms teller finally waited her right amount of time and walked to the desk. Yes youve had fraud and your card is locked! What? No kidding THAT WAS WHY I WAS THERE. We cant print you a card it has to go to your legal address 900 miles away. Ok not as surprised about that as the entrance to this AWFUL BRANCH of people lacking human interaction. Oh then another woman came in behind me. She even said she had LIMITED TIME and they MADE HER PLAY THE PHONE GAME. What has come of this bank?
Off to a 5 star branch located elsewhere
