image The bank located on 9th Avenue is horrible! Everytime I go there to speak with someone there is a long wait time and I end of leaving. They need to hire more people. Today after I left without being able to speak with someone besides the tellers, I called to set up an appointment with someone. The lady put me on hold for about 3 minutes. When she came back on the line she said no one was answering for that department and to call back. Dealing with them is so frustrating!!

image Long time customer with multiple personal accounts and a separate business account with hundreds of thousands in it under them and I still get treated like garbage. Incompetent staff that is rude and condescending. Terrible, inefficient business account and mobile app that traps you into fees even if you try to pay things they will delay it so they can charge you fees. Tried one loan with them that should have been simple . Nope, they lied to me told me they approved me for one amount and then completely switched on me once I started the process on that and could only do a tenth of what they said. I had another lender get it done for more in two weeks. Regions jerked me around for months and pulled my credit for nothing. Avoid at all costs unless you love giving your money away .Congrats guys Im the easiest customer around as long as you dont steal my money and act like condescending jerks, but your so bad Im closing all my accounts this week and wouldnt give them another dollar if I could . Wish I never started banking with them. Stay away!! Please!!
