POOR!!! THE WORST!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! MILITARY BE WARNED!!! Ordered some wheels I was told would be in within a month. After 3.5 months, 2 WRONG sets of wheels that did come in, and several verbal disputes with the owner my wheels never came in. For 2 months I argued with the owner for a refund. He does not believe in "the customer is ALWAYS right", continuously blamed his distributor for the errors, and gave me several excuses why my wheels did not come in and had no control over his shipments. After the last incorrect shipment, my refund was given but only after threatening legal action and having a recorded discussion. If you still want to do business, take pictures of the policies, take pictures of the surveillance system (indicator that everyone knows you are being recorded), keep all documentation, document dates, and RECORD ANY DISCUSSIONS. The owner is not customer service orientated and will try to make you feel like any errors are your fault. He does not want to give refunds and will avoid doing so if you let him. He is rude so if you get into a dispute let him talk because he will continuously cut you off but will contradict himself and get caught up in his lies which is in your benefit. Cover your tracks and protect your pocket book or just DONT SHOP HERE. Oh yeah, I finally got my wheels too. From Discount Tires right across the street from V&T in 5 days none the less.

Don't bother spreading this page or doing business with this company... my son has valid receipt for two rims ordered and his money down on Feb 25th, and due to their error, only wants to refund a 1/4 of the prepaid amount for a restocking fee. POOR business practices. I'm going to see if they are listed with the BBB and making a full complaint there if they are associated with them. I will continue to post this message daily.
