The office should not refer people out for physicals for an entire week due to a new system. The office should still accommodate patients for what their insurance is contracted for.

Dr Samuels is the BEST!! 13 years and has been there for all 3 of my kids. He really listens to your concerns. He truly cares about his patients and I wouldnt take my kids to anyone else unless he was off that day and was an emergency. Thank you Dr Samuels

This is the most inefficient office EVER! We brought our NICU baby to this facility and let our trust in them. The billing/insurance department is beyond useless they charge us money not once but TWICE that we shouldnt have paid even though if we asked why we were being charged money they dont have an answer. They made a mistake and there was never a single apology for their mistake. They havent refunded the money to us and it has been two months and when I called they said they forgot about us and need to wait another MONTH, why do we need to be the ones affected for their mistake?.
We received a letter from our insurance that they no longer will be in network with this facility months ago. We asked this office several times if that was final and they told us not to worry about it ! However, they called the day BEFORE the appointment that they no longer accept our insurance.
This office the only thing they are good at is to be a whole mess and create stress for parents. This isnt a clinic for adults where they can easily wait around if all the sudden they cannot longer see you THIS IS FOR KIDS.
I bet NO ONE will do anything to improve this office because they are comments here from YEARS AGO with the same issue.
