For me, I love this Dr.'s office. The best I've ever been to for primary care. They are caring and loving people here, no better place. I am very happy to be a patient here. Truly a great place. Very highly Recommended **********FOLLOW UP**************** I have now been going to this Primary Doctors office, ELITE HEALTH, for 3 YEARS and still out performs any primary doctors office I've ever been too. They are kind and wonderful people here. I am alive thanks to the staff at this office. They even offer fresh made coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water and a nice variety of snacks for there patients, one truly great office. If you need a primary doctors office, then look no further, this place is for you and they even offer a multi level exercise program to meet any persons abilities. A one stop office for everything HEALTHY for you. Keep up the great work ELITE HEALTH and thank you staff for the wonderful years together & you know who you are, you are my team, always on my side and there for me. You can have your prescriptions filled while at the office seeing your Doctor and this office is expanding to help even more. If you can make this your office for primary care, you really should. This is 100% true for me & truly no bulls_ _t, great people are in this office ************FOLLOW UP************** The office people are still the greatest any office can offer, a kind & caring staff, However what here is "NOT GREAT" the "new owners" who are turning the phone answering people to talk like a computer, not human, nothing more fun than calling a doctor's office, speaking to a human and they are required to sound like a computer & this is just #1. Here is #2, the referral department, this department here is terrible, you will be lucky you get informed of your referral, it will take over a month to get if you are lucky. Every referral from this office has been a complete nightmare in every way possible. #3 the new owners are interested in one thing only, and its not the patient, ITS THE INSURANCE MONEY THE PATIENT BRINGS WITH THEM. I will bet my life on this, that the billing & insurance coding departments are working perfectly. This is clearly a company that is in the service of making money not actually caring about there patients. PROFIT PROFIT PROFIT not HOW MY WE MAKE LIKE BETTER FOR YOU IN YOUR TIME OF HEALTH NEEDS. Not this place. The only reason I'm still going to this office is because of the staff & Ms. G Sanchez, who should be DOCTOR, you are a great person. So if you don't care about the new S _ _ t Owners, this is a great place, but if you want the new owners to care about more than your insurance money, DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. I have been to several doctors in my 66 years and I can honestly say that Gleibys Sanchez ARNP is the most caring and knowledgeable medical professional I have ever met. She does not rush you and listens and explains in great detail what your condition might be. Thank you DR GABY for everything you have done for me!

Stay away! The dr is amazing. The authorization department for referrals is horrible. They do not follow up. They do not complete requests when submissions are sent. Stay away!

It's just that medical appointments are long to see you and it is not fair to have to wait three months every time to be seen.

If I could give a -0, I would. I was a prior patient of Dr. Krichmar and recently noticed Elite now has Hormone Replacement Therapy. My husband and I both have pellets and are in the market for a new Provider. I called Elite on 11.27.23, I asked who I could be directed to for more information on HRT? The front desk personnel couldnt answer the question. She placed me on hold not once but twice only to let me know Dr. Krichmar was no longer seeing pts. I reiterated my question and she then told me someone would call me back to answer my concerns. Its now a week later, 12.4.23, and no one has had the common courtesy to call me back. Needless to say, my husband and I will be going elsewhere.
