Conviva Care Center

After being left without a primary doctor as Humana cancelled my doctor that I have been with for many years, I attempted to call and make an appointment with Conviva as referred by Humana. I have been attempting to call and communicate with them for over a month unsuccessfully, sometimes over an hour waiting for them to answer the phone and still they do not. Absolutely awful.

I have had problems with communication, after 20 minutes on hold I press key 1 for them to call me back and they never do. There are many times without being able to communicate and I am not the only person who has had this situation. I don't know who to contact since my long-time doctor is new to that facility and I've honestly become disenchanted without having visited him... I'm refiling them, appointments, questions to whom do I ask??? I already know what the answer is, you have my name as my telephone number, you can call me at any time to explain my disagreement.

They will not return your call or direct you to the right person when you ask. I asked for the office manager to call me but she never did. They don't treat you with respect at the front desk. Had a terrible experience there. My doctor moved to this team and nothing good has come from it. Took over 2 hours to get a call back. The next time i called they never called me back. If you call for any reason they want your age before you can talk to anyone. admin staff Not very professional at all. I have been with my Doctor for over 10 years, he has just moved to their clinic a few months ago and it has been terrible dealing with the staff in the lobby. The staff treat you like you should not be there.

Dr. Juan, Thank you for always being compassionate, having a listening ear, being thorough with my mom and never making us feel rushed. Its so comforting knowing her health is in the hands of someone exceptional. Thank you for all your hard work you do every day!
