        I'm very disappointed in the inspection. This inspector was in and out of the unit very quickly. How did not notice the screw missing from the toilet?? I need to remove the toilet, replace the wax ring and reinstall the toilet. His report said, "caulking is missing." Vanity drawers are broken and shelving is missing inside the kitchen cabinets. What kind of inspection misses that! I'm very disappointed with the low quality inspection. This is not my 1st home purchase nor my last, but it will be my last inspection with this company.

        Loved that they showed up with a face mask following all safety guidelines. Fabio Franco was very experienced and really took the time to check every aspect of the house. The pre-purchase home inspection report went in depth on every single item including exterior, interior, electrical system, plumbing, attic components, roof, heating/cooling, and appliances. I couldn't be more happy with the amount of information I was able to learn before closing on my house. I fully recommend Inspection NOW as a full service inspection company, they educate you and simplify the process for you.
