Fantastic service! I spoke to Willy and explained what inspection I needed and he was so knowledgeable about what I needed. Gave me a time he would show up and was early. Very courteous, professional, and thorough. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had with a service in a long time.

10 stars for this business!! I called 3 companies total. The first company did not perform wind mitigation unless it was a new sale. The second company I had to leave a voice message so I hung up. The third company I was greeted by William with a friendly voice and lots of good information! After asking a couple of questions I decided to make an appointment for him to come and inspect my home. Not only did he provide a text reminder but he was on time, nice, well spoken and got the job done in a timely manner. He was very thorough. He noticed we took our shoes off in the garage so he even took his shoes off. I found that to be extremely respectful. He emailed our insurance agent a full detailed and thorough report. I would 100% highly recommend this company to anyone that needed a home inspection It is a family owned and operated business. Sidenote, we have dogs and he is very dog friendly.
