Refreshingly honest and expert service. The washer in my condo had broken down while I had vacation renters. I live a 7+ hour drive away. I needed someone fast and good who wouldn't rip me off. The first company I called ("in business since 1969") sent a guy out who looked at it, called me and said that the something-or-other had gone out and that it would cost so much to repair that I would be best off just getting a whole new (stacked) unit. I decided to get a second opinion, went back online and found Rick here. He went to my condo right away the next morning, checked out my washer and told me all I needed was a new stainless steel bolt ro re-attach a basket support that had come off. He promptly fixed it and my renters and cleaning person report that it runs great. Rick is THE best!
