        Outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable, and fair prices. Every other appliance shop would start being rude once they found out I was doing the work myself. First phone call I made not only did they find the part I needed but also helped with troubleshooting the problem.

        Used several other local companies in the past and was never satisfied, wrong part, unfriendly customer service... Basically all gave me the "not my problem" attitude. I found Panama Appliance and was blown away with how professional and thorough they were, never met nicer people and was shocked about how fast the whole process was. I will Recommend these guys to every one I know, definitely the best of bay
