I have been going to this dentist for years. Great expressions takes over, and all of a sudden they want to charge me upwards of $200 for my routine cleanings that are covered by insurance. Apparently they simply assess charges as they see fit. Here is a copy of their insurance disclaimer on their website. "GEDC provides insurance company billing as a courtesy to our patients. The patient portion of particular dental service(s) is estimated and due at the time of service." Needless to say my family and I will be changing dentists.

I have been going to Dr. Harkins for at least 10 years. He is a full service dentist who is an absolute perfectionist. He doesn't talk about being painless, but he is much more sensitive to patients pain that the so called "painless" dentists. He is very qualified in oral surgery, orthodontics, TMJ and many other specialties. I've had extractions, root canals and of course bridge and crowns as well a partial all done by him without needing another appointment to go to another specialist. He and Melanie (his assistant) are the BEST. I was so glad when I finally discovered him.
