        MISERABLE EXPERIENCE, from the moment I walked in, spent $2500 - completed the sale, the saleswoman didn’t even say, “thank you for the business “— to the stone falling out of the setting , until now - an amazingly terrible experience. I sent my ring back August 25th 2020 (that’s now 5 months ago)— called TWICE & sent 3 emails to check on it, was promised by TRICIA as well as SHELLY to be called back AND STILL.they have not even returned (1 ) single phone call ... MISERABLE MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. As far as the missing jewelry, I had to file a police report.
