Edward recently found me a Rolex I had been looking forbox, papers and all. Got it to me in 2 days. 3rd watch Ive bought from him. Highly recommend.

Ed is solid guy and as reliable as I have found in the high-end watch / fine jewelry industry. He has been my primary jeweler for a few years now - taking care of everything I ask him for, from access to vintage Rolex collectables, new AP royal oaks, diamond sourcing & settings (for engagement ring/tennis bracelets), and all maintenance/upkeep needs I have for my fiance's jewelry and my watch collection I summer up in Nantucket and spend my winters on Palm Beach - anytime I need anything watch/jewelry related, he has been able to either take care of it on the spot himself, or use his people to turn requests around quickly. Ed's become a good friend - I recommend him to anyone.

This turned out to be such a shame. Was excited to come here and buy another watch but the owner was just so rude and toxic I ended up leaving. I couldn't hand over $11k to someone who berates customers. I am not sure how this shop survives in palm beach as this guy has the worst manners I've encountered in Florida.

This man is a criminal, a fraud, and just an arrogant child. He sold me a "40mm" non date sub. It takes him a month to send me the wrong box and papers. I find out it's a 41mm sub and now he is not responding to me. Before he ghosts me, he is yelling at me trying to tell me the booklets are the same for a non date/date and that he by accident sent the wrong box because he was in a rush. He also is trying to school me on reference numbers and dates of discontinuation for certain models. He's berated me over voicemail and texts talking about how he has been in the business for 25 years. This man is the most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with. He is nothing more than a trust fund brat who is flipping his watches in Nantucket and Palm beach. And btw, he is not responding to any of my messages anymore. No refund, no sending me the correct box or papers. Sad individual. I hope real collectors like myself read this and stay far away from this guy.
