I don't normally write poor reviews, but this experience has forced my hand. We use this service since we purchased our home. Working with the receptionists is frustrating. They came out to inspect the tanks, clean filter and make sure the pump was working that had been installed by Jeremy(No longer working for Dial Septic) about a year and a half ago. Filter cleaned and tanks and pump were in good order. I had an emergency pump out needed. Toilets were overflowing, pump alarm was going off. They could not make it to the house. I had to call another company. The new company found that the caps were not sealed, and this allowed mud to fill the pump tank which killed the pump and overflowed the system. A sink hole formed beside the tank which was the mud that flowed into the tank. I have been calling Dial Septic to have a conversation around it and all the reception could do is find holes in my story. I was told the owner was going to call me and he never did. There records are absent of any install of pump although they do have record to inspecting the install afterwards. The ladies had no knowledge of needing to seal the tank although they have been working there for 17 years. Now I need to get a new pump installed which is less than 2 years old. Every time we call it is always you need a pump out. We have two people living in the house and we need a pump out every year. That would make sense if you dont seal the cap and rainwater fills the tank. Said they would show up today and did not. No call, nothing. Just a poor experience. The lack of communication is appalling. They will leave you waiting for weeks and never call back. You can can call everyday and not get a response. Honestly if you want hassle free work done, get a different professional who wont be a headache to work with.

This is a great company! They are very honest and don't try to sell unneeded services. This is the only septic company we will use. I definitely recommend this company!!!
