If I could give a 0 I would. During a time of a lot of travel for business I made the mistake of calling these guys. The salesman lied himself into getting my business and then blamed it on being “new” and all kinds of stories. Once I caught onto it I played the game while recording everything for documentation. This story is unbelievable but 100% true and I’ve got photos, videos, audio, documents, witnesses, and receipts to prove it. 2 dumpsters were delivered (late). 2 dumpsters were dumped (days late) at the landfill. 2 dumpsters were brought back so we could fill them up. We setup an account with them, to include the entire credit process and so on. After the first dump the salesman who called or text me begging for leads to other business contacts that he could get sales from..he tells me that we owe over $2K when it was suppose to be $700 + $5XX for going overweight on 1 dumpster. I pay $1000 (have receipt) and they broke into a gated, barb wired, and locked property and dumped the 2 FULL dumpsters right where they sat because they wanted $300 which I said I would pay with a check so I didn’t have credit card fees from them! This was after the salesman told me, “no you don’t have an account, it’s COD”. I’m puzzled at this point because I got the emails showing the credit account lol. So they cost us $2600 by dumping those dumpsters out after breaking and entering because we rented equipment and labor to load them. And HERE IS THE KICKER! Folks I can’t make this up if I wanted to! There driver who I could name but I won’t was in such a hurry because it was “beer time” (his words) didn’t lower the dumpster enough and ripped the electrical line right off our building after he hit the corner of it and put two huge holes in the cinder block wall! Then he asks to stand on the back of my truck so he could use a darn 6” boulder rock to hold the live wire in place so he could leave. I had already called the Orange County electric department so he wanted to leave FAST! Orange County came out and had to remove the service line to our building and tighten the line and pole on the other side from him pulling it down. I’ve never been contacted by the manager or owner which I have asked 3 times now and as of today I still haven’t heard anything besides their A/R lady wanting some money which is $300 but they ignore the fact they did thousands in damage to the building and electrical. The salesman talked so much trash about the company I couldn’t believe the guy worked there. He would call and leave me voicemails wanting to be buddies because I could refer him to people. My voicemail would cut him off at 4 min he talked so long. Quite the experience and I’m still going to have to deal with it because I’ve got no electric and a damaged building with no calls. Stay away!
