I'm President of a Condominium community. We canceled our contract with WM because they're AWFUL! Coastal Waste has been great to work with. In fact, John, our sales rep and Robert, the gentleman who delivered our new dumpsters were terrific! Communication was top notch!! I look forward to working with a company who seems to care about their customers! Keep up the great work Robert and John!! Thanks for caring!!

Arrived at the condos behind our apartment at 2:45am to empty dumpsters. I'm pretty sure we aren't the only people that were woken up at this ungodly hour. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had to give one star relecutantly. We had cancelled our service since end of Feb 2023. Per their contract we had given a written non renewal notice, via certified mail at request of Drew Velentino their area sales manager. To date, they have not picked up their container and continue billing us. Drew never bothers to return phone calls nor emails. Pompono office does not respond either. All they say is call and speak to Drew. We have already got another vendor since March 01, 2023. Someone higher up at Coastal please help!

The worst company we ever had, the only language they know Pay, pay , & pay, it doesn't matter if they charge you $500 a month or multiple invoices per month, they just want you to pay, never answer your question. & You have no right to ask a question. Then they stop your service, but you still have to pay. This company needs to be investigated by state of Florida.
