Unbelievable these ppl are crooks. I bought a BMW from this dealership and the second day the check engine light came on. I told Sam the owner the car was giving me problems, I had to keep pulling over and restarting the car. He told me I already signed papers and there's nothing he can do about it. I ended up giving him the car back because the transmission was bad and the oil pan was cracked and leaking. I put almost 9K into this car and it didn't even last me a year. He happily took the car back, kept my money, and put the car back up for sale with all of its problems. What a crook. Don't ever buy here unless you wanna get robbed.

Today started off where I wasn’t sure but I ended up walking to Universal Auto Pro and I met Adam and Sam (Father & son power duo) and it changed my life for the better. Sam was the most understanding and compassionate dealers that I have ever encountered and I’m so blessed to walk in today and to drive out in my new 2013 Vehicle. Thank you so much for not treating me like a number and making me feel like family. Customer service was on point. I recently came here after looking through quite a few car guru ads on used trucks, all previous ones having fallen through. From the beginning, Sam had treated me with courtesy, respect, and patience. He was attentive to my questions and very open through the whole process, making it very painless for a car buying experience. In the end Sam gave me a great deal on a good used truck. I’ll keep his place in mind for my future auto needs and would recommend that others take a look too!
