If I could give no stars I would. These people are willing to help you when it comes to spending your money but when it comes to helping with issues on a new car everyone wants to ignore you!! Especially Tom Wolfe. Stay away.

I started working with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando after my local Mercedes dealerships were not living up to my standards. From the start of working with Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando, I felt like my business mattered to them. My experience was excellent and the best Ive ever had buying a vehicle. Racine was responsive, accommodating, and made things happen. I couldnt have asked for a better person to work with. It is well worth the drive to experience the customer service here. Thank you for taking such good care of me; I cant even put into words how much I appreciate yall!

I had a terrible experience with the Mercedes Benz oil change service. I took my car in for an oil change and left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. First of all, the service was incredibly slow. I waited for hours before my car was even taken in for the oil change. Secondly, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They did not communicate with me about the status of my car or how much longer it would take. When I finally got my car back, I noticed that they did not change the oil filter or refill the oil properly. To make matters worse, they were extremely overpriced for the poor quality of work they did. I had to take my car to another mechanic to fix the issues that Mercedes Benz caused. To add insult to injury, after the service, my car's warning lights were on. I had to spend even more money and time going to another mechanic to get the issue resolved. Overall, I would strongly advise against using the Mercedes Benz oil change service. The slow service, unprofessional staff, poor quality of work, high prices, and additional problems caused by the service make this a complete waste of time and money.
