The worst experience ever! We waited 20 mins and been told the driver went to the wrong location! That driver was upset and spoken directly language to my kid. Never call this company!

Did not use this service because the man I spoke with on the phone did not communicate well at all - he did not listen, he was rude, and then he simply hung up on me 3 times! SO annoying!!! Gave them 2 stars instead of 1, because he DID actually give me the information I asked for even though it took 3 calls.

Took a cab last Monday July 19. What should have been a 55$ fare at most we were scammed for at first 130$, then he took my card back and said "Oh okay, how about 125$" and then when he did that charge, afterwards he gave me 5$ cash back. Guilty conscience? Maybe Yellow Cab can shed light on this. Debit Card Purchase at SQ *El-Shaddai Tax, Kissimmee, FL on 071921. Trip was 17 miles. He also explained to us the tremendous amount of pressure placed upon your drivers as if explaining and apologizing for what he was about to do to us. He did not have a meter that we seen.
