We appreciated Emmanuela help in driving us from animal kingdom park to our hotel and then our return trip from the hotel to the airport. She is professional, kind and punctual. Very helpful and friendly during the ride. Highly recommend her !

I was really bummed about our experience. The lady I spoke with about acquiring a taxi was very kind; I think she had other appointments though so sent another driver. He never offered his name, my husband tried to chat with him and he was not interested. Thats fine, I would never give a bad review for that. What was upsetting to us was that he was looking at his phone throughout the entire drive. We had to tell him twice that a light had turned green so we wouldnt miss it. Im not sure what the laws are here regarding cell phone use in your vehicle, but even if its permissible, it is still dangerous and unprofessional. At the end of the ride, we offered our debit card and he told us it was only $15 so we could pay in cash. That really through us off; I dont typically travel with cash and the money I have earmarked for our trip was on the debit card. I did happen to have only $15 in my wallet (my husband had nothing), so nothing was left for a tip. I might use the service again if I was able to have the kind woman I spoke on the phone with, but it was an awkward experience to say the least.
