Wise restoration Inc like my contractor here in Oviedo. But I hired in 2017 after Hurricane Irma. Jesse and his company which is his wife who answers the phone. After three years they finally got the money for my home insurance did my roof. Now they will not return my calls or my e-mails change their phone number. I cannot get a warranty for my roof. Which is a 20-year for the shingles. And one year for the workmanship. The last contact I had was in July when Lisa sent me an e-mail. Saying they have not got the total on my roof that they put on in April. And they got the check and February at 2020. I have over $10,000 left over. Which they have put in their pocket. The like supposed to be spent on fixing the inside of my house. I have no baseboards no floors. And still a big water stain in my hallway. Jesse and Lisa both told me that they're not doing any work right now because of the Coronavirus. But I see they have other companies that they're advertising from old are flood in your home. I'm a 57 year old woman on dialysis waiting for a kidney transplant. And I cannot pass inspection to get my dialysis done at home because of what wise restoration is done. Now they won't even work with my with my realtor. To put my house on the market. I have tried everything to get them to respond to me. Whatever you do please do not use this company. I'm in the middle now of contacting their insurance company I cannot find you there bonded through. And I've already called the licensing board. People beware do not use any of their companies they've had four different ones here in Florida. If you do a Google check you'll find out they've been in other states too
