Nationwide Roofing

I've had multiple leaks since they did my roof in 2018 and I am still waiting on replacement of damaged shingles from a storm in 2023. It is impossible to get in touch with them. They've changed phone numbers 4 times in the past year and they never answer any of those numbers. If you get through by some miracle, you will get an obvious call center with someone that has no power to help. They will just "update your case" and say someone will call back, which never happens. I actually drove to their listed address and the doors were locked during their supposed business hours. BBB revoked their accreditation, and I can see why. They are a scam company, don't do any business with them.

All the reviews about them not coming out to do your roof for MONTHS are totally correct. Not only that, but they will charge you EXTRA for your roof on top of what they receive from insurance. When I asked insurance, insurance said that they DO cover what nationwide was saying insurance didn't cover, and it was an issue on nationwide's part where they forgot to take pictures of the beforehand of the roof to show it was necessary for the section being replaced to be replaced. So now nationwide is demanding money from us instead when it was entirely their fault. DO NOT use nationwide.

Nationwide knocked on our door too. Initially they were great in getting the claim filed and getting the insurance company to pay for a new roof. Nationwide received payment over 2 months ago and now we cannot reach our project manager, Dustin Hoger, who is also the general manager for the Orlando office. Our insurance company dropped us as a result of filing the claim (which was expected), but now we cannot get anyone to write a new policy for us until we have a new roof or at least a date for install. I have called Dustin at least 4 times with no response. I have texted him many times with no response. I have called the Orlando office and the headquarters office and they have both said they will have him contact us. Nothing yet. I understand being busy, being short of labor, or material ordering backlogs but you still have to answer your customers and communicate what is going on. Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair
