They sent us a postcard about a lot we owned of vacant Land. We told them our price and they accepted it. The process was smooth and simple. It took about 30 days. Yes I would recommend working with them.

My house needed a ton of work. It was passed down to me from my families will. Junk homes offered a fair price, paid for the lawyer to do the probate, they paid for my closing cost, they even paid to keep the yard cut while it was in probate because the grass was like 6 ft high. The secured the property and kept an eye on it while we waited for probate and the judge to sign the orders. They also took some of the items inside like my family albums and placed them in storage for us. Very nice and friendly people. Highly recommend if you need to sell a house fast that needs work or repairs. They setup the closing around my schedule remotely and I never felt pressured or rushed and they were very responsive and knowledgeable when I had any questions.

It was a pleasure working with Junk Home Buyers. They were very professional from start to finish. As an agent, it can sometimes be difficult selling properties that are in distress. We had a listing that was over three months on the market, needed tons of repairs and was going to be a short sale/foreclosure. After multiple deals falling through, they reached out to us and informed that they were interested in putting together a deal. Essentially we were able to keep the loan in place with some creative financing. The owners were happy, the lenders were happy and we were happy to sell the property. Would highly recommend if youre and agent with a similar type of situation to reach out to these guys. Five stars!

Good company. Professional. If you are a landlord and you get one of those tenants from hell that trash the place, just call these guys to see if they can help. Our investment property got destroyed and these guys were the only people we found that made us an offer that made any sense considering we had little to no equity in the property and needed to fix everything! Thank you to John, Jackie, Susan and Mark for their constant communication and professionalism
