Backed out of a contract and then promised to sell to us when she resolved "issues with her business partner" then proceeded to not respond to emails and phone calls after we gave her time to fix those issues. Is now selling the lot for an insane amount (not even on par with surrounding prices) we called to talk prices and she blew us off and said she would call back and never did. Horrible woman to do business with. Find a more competent and trustworthy realtor/seller so you don't have to deal with this nightmare too.
