We really loved the alfredo pizza at this place. Very unique, but what they delivered to us this evening was not even close to what we've been getting over the past year. After giving the delivery person a massive tip, we realized the mistake after he left, called the store and not only did they refuse to make the right order and bring it to us, but they were extremely rude about it, the guy was screaming and cursing on the phone. Said the store was closing and refused to replace it. The guy wanted us to HOLD ONTO the pizza until TOMORROW, and to DRIVE IT TO THEM, and they would give us a DISCOUNT on the correct order?!?! Our entire office would get food from this place. They just lost themselves a ton of regular business. Way to go guys...

Sorely disappointed!!!!!! My department got together to place a few orders for delivery and the entire ordering experience was horrible. To begin with there were 5 of us and when the order was place I told Mel that we would be paying separately and even made a point to get the total on each order. Before hanging up he said "Give me more than an hour because we're busy" Well, when the driver finally gets to our location he called about 3 times because he couldn't understand where the main entrance was even though I described it in detail THREE TIMES. When he finally comes in the building the checks were not separated as requested but instead were on one bill. The driver then could not seem to understand how to separate the payments until I called the store and get a bit aggressive. Then Mel was rude and argumentative - saying "You told me they would be paying separately but not to but it on a different bill." Does that even make sense to any one ? Why would I take time to tell someone that we were paying separately AND ask for each total if it were going on the same bill? After about 30 minutes - while we were all at work, by the way - we finally get paid up. Then after opening the food, out of 5 people that ordered, not one was happy with their order. Wings were not made as ordered, fries were soggy, sauce was spilled and pooled in the bag.....it would be easier to list what was actually right with the order ---NOTHING!!! So of course we call AGAIN and Mel's response was to rudely say that the managers are gone for the holiday and I can call back next week if it bothered me that much. He was completely nonchalant about it as if his tone was saying "oh well, F*** you; we already have your money" This was the first and certainly the last time we'll order from this place. And its a shame because we're a large office that orders out a minimum of 3 to 4 times a week. So they just lost customers with huge ordering potential. ****Update to post - the person that ordered the chicken tenders got slightly pink meat
