Big Daddy's Pizza

The manager for this establishment is the WORST human being in the world. Ordered a bbq chicken pizza for some reason it came with tomatoe sauce on it? People in my party were allergic to tomatoes, so I called back to ask very nicely if I can just come back and grab a new one. She flat out told me the pizza was made just perfectly and she will definitely not be remaking any pizza end of story. I was shocked. Literally the worst customer service. Please don’t ever go here.

I ordered online, and paid for my order in advance, and showed up 20 minutes later to discover that the store was still closed and a woman working there told me that she was running late, but proceeded to still talk to a friend and smoke a cigarette outside, well aware that i was waiting for my food. 45 minutes later still no pizza. Worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life, i will never eat here again!

Only takes cash but the worst is they do not let you know until you are 5 feet from door. No mention on the phone.

Ordered almost 2hrs ago still no pizza! Called at 1.5hrs waiting to be told someone clears out my order without completing it. They offered a free pizza added to the order and said it would get there in 8 mins. 30 mins later no pizza. I have a headache at this point. Never ordering from here again!
