Uncle Maddio's Pizza - Waterford

This place used to be so good and one of our favorites a few years back but recently it has gone very downhill. Went yesterday around 5:30, and there was only 2 other customers in there so it's not like it was busy. Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one came up to help us. One girl walked past us twice without making eye contact and there was 3-4 employees standing back in the kitchen just talking. Made eye contact with two of them and they just continued on with their conversation. I ended up just leaving since 5+ minutes waiting and not a single worker helped us or even acknowledged us. Sad that this place has gone so far downhill. I don't recommend coming here anymore.

Before a lovely night at the theater, me and my wife of thirty years visited this location. We were at met at the door with a warm welcoming from smile from Gracie. The hospitality and conversation he engaged in with us left us absolutely bewildered. We have not experienced such a fine display of chivalry in our many years being pizza restaurant connoisseurs. I will continue to be a frequent customer of this location for the rest of my life thanks to Gracie. The pizza was fine too I guess.

today I was on uncle Maddio's pizza and I ordered a chicken Cesar salat and I got the stem of the romen salat and they didn't wash the salad so there was dirt on it. As if that weren't gross enough the chicken was so dry. I paid for three salads and only got one without the dressing, becouse they forgot. I can even rate it so bad was it.Sut jeres egen pik!!

This place used to be a really good pizza place for vegetarians and vegans, but sadly, new management has reduced the veggie choices considerably, and while they still offer tofu as an option, it is rarely in stock (and it is no longer seasoned as deliciously as it was before). Vegetarian options: Never have a problem getting/having the vegan cheese.
