Caleb at Ucf/Oviedo is their best technician yet! Hard working and definitely reliable. If you go to iFixYouri make sure CALEB is the one you speak to/ask for. Can’t say the same for the rest.

I brought my phone(Samsung Galaxy S8) in about a month ago and thought I'd get it within two weeks, but that wasn't the case. I've tried calling quite a few times and no one responded. I've had to walk in three separate occasions to receive nothing but apologies and that the parts haven't showed up or were delayed. The parts were apparently coming from Montana which I'd think they would have shown up by now. They were hardly communicative and the manager was rude the last time I came in and told me it would be delayed even longer! I have to say this is the WORST service I've received in a long time! Go somewhere else and save yourself some time. Beyond frustrating.

Honestly the staff are nice and friendly, but their service is the worse. I’ve been waiting on a part to have my laptop fix for more than a month now and it was supposed to take less than a week. Unfortunately I can’t get my money refunded and I’m just waiting for them to get the part.

Took over 10 days for diagnostic. Lied to by technicians regarding progress. Go literally anywhere else.
