I dropped my phone in a nearby store and went right over to this location to see about a repair. Same day service. My screen wasn't broken, just something came lose. They are so honest and professional. Didn't even charge me for their time. Highly recommend.

Update: The mgr and I talked it over and he was quite pleasant and professional. He said they indeed do more than just replace screens. He wants me to be satisfied and asked me to return so that he could personally re-address my issue. Original: Samsung web page sent me there for software issue. My S10+ software issue? The store clerk told me that they just replace batteries and cracked screens and cannot help me.

Went to get my iPhone 11 repaired. The gentlemen by the name of Josue did an amazing job with attending to my needs gave me a good price for the repair. My phone was done within 2hrs.
