I always use this company. Theyve saved me from having to buy a new phone at least 5 times. ARTIST helped me today. Super friendly, professional and hooked me up with their insurance so I have all my electronics covered. Im telling you go to this place for any electronic problems.

As a former employee of UBIF, I had decided to visit the store to discuss creating a business account for hardware repairs. I am currently working in IT for a local business, and outsourcing these repairs would have been beneficial for us. However, during my visit, I encountered a situation that left me quite dismayed. District Manager Michael Neumann began yelling at me from the backroom, stating that I was not welcome in his stores. This was despite my intentions of discussing a potential business deal as a customer. This experience was particularly disappointing as I had hoped for a professional and courteous interaction. It is concerning when such behavior is displayed towards a customer, especially one looking to establish a business relationship. I am reaching out to express my disappointment and to inform you that I will be sharing this experience with other IT professionals in the DeLand/Deltona area. Customer service and professional conduct are crucial aspects of any business, and I believe it is important to highlight areas for improvement.
