We have been with Four Seasons for many years and we have never had a bad experience. The techs are professional, friendly, informative, experienced and they get the job done. They also explain the process (if you want) as they go along. Two years ago we purchased a new system and salesman who came to our home was very professional, informative and easy to work with. He went out of his way to bring us the following day a unit for cooling our bedroom as the new unit was not going to be available right away. We have the Diamond plan where they come out quarterly to check everything and I know this plan has saved us so much money. They caught problems we didn't know we were having and saved us so much money and inconvenience. I wouldn't want to be without Four Seasons.
