Due to an unexpected A/C leak in a new house, I found my way to All Week Heating and Cooling based on their positive online reviews. From the initial call, service was exceptional. Ashley was quickly able to assess the urgency of my issue, and promptly scheduled a service call. Once Josh arrived, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and identified extreme build-up on the A/C coils and in the drain pan causing the system to back up and leak into my house and garage. Josh provided a reasonable estimate and was able to quickly work me into his schedule. He outlined the issue, cause and work to be done, patiently answering all of my questions along the way. Josh was professional, personable and knowledgeable and I felt so confident in his workmanship that I also signed up for the All Week maintenance plan.
