Purchased a brand new townhome & within weeks of moving in paint was chipping. The paint job is horrible. Dry wall is done extremely poorly. Caulking do not get me started. They rushed the building so quick the house has too many imperfections and the answer to all my concerns was “These are not luxury Townhomes” I have submitted warranty orders and they have not been completed and I am about to mark my 1yr so the warranty will expire. It’s very sad that my new home is such a disgrace. Very disappointed with Taylor Morrison. Parking is horrible. Cars do not fit in the neighborhood so the street is very closed in with cars. It’s a 2 way street but due to no parking it’s a 1 way and my neighbors get mad they honk they curse fighting to get through. Horrible experience purchasing my new home. Praying new townhomes become available in my area by other builders to sell this and get out of this. Thank you for ruining my first time home owner experience. So much more to say about the neighborhood but it’s not worth me getting into details because they won’t do a thing.

We visited the site and were fortunate enough to meet Hernado Lopez. Let me tell you not only did he answer all of our questions but kept us informed throughout the process. It is so great to meet people that truly show you the best in an otherwise intimidating industry. All of our fears were put to rest, and we owe all the thanks to Hernando. Looking forward to many years of enjoying Woodland Park and highly recommend Taylor Morrison to anyone looking for a great product with a luxurious feel.

Hernando and mayra really did a good job. Smooth and best transaction ever made. They know everything and take time to explain all i need to know this being my first house. Prices are going up everywhere. Hurry up and get your home now!!! (If still available)

I can't say enough about Taylor Morrison @ Woodland Park. Specifically, Hernando Lopez. If you want to have a great experience when buying your new home, look no further. Outside of the community being top notch, the professionalism and care that Hernando showed was truly beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Thank you Hernando for being amazing and I would recommend anyone looking to get a great product and a reputable builder, talk to Hernando!
