I am so happy with our home! We are first-time home buyers and are very thankful we went with M/I Homes. It took longer than initially projected, but we couldn't be happier with the quality of construction and the neighborhood's location. Special shout out to Tony P., who sold us the home (one of the first units in a new development), for being so helpful throughout the buying process. Brent & Clayton on the construction team were so kind and patient and did an excellent job explaining the home-building process to us. Katya from customer care ensured our needs were met after we moved into the home and quickly addressed some minor repairs covered under the home warranty. Bottom Line: If I had to do it all over again, I absolutely would. M/I Homes built us a beautiful, solid, energy-efficient house that we love turning into a home. Thank you M/I for everything!
