ComRes repaired the walls of the fitting rooms at our location and painted the walls. They even removed the paint off the door frames from the last painter. They called to confirm their appointment, arrived on time looking professional and did a very nice job. I’m very happy my company hired them to make our store look so much better!

We manage several commercial properties and are often in need of routine maintenance, and not so routine maintenance. We have used ComRes for numerous maintenance and repair issues and they have been reliable and communicative. Their techs are uniformed and knowledgeable, often providing advice to prevent future issues. Our relationship is such we wouldn’t even consider hiring another maintenance company.

I have been working with ComRes Industries for the last few years and they have always been a pleasure. They have always been accommodating when it comes to scheduling, assisting with emergencies or providing quotes for jobs. The crews always reach out when they arrive / leave site, always let me know if there are issues and how we can solve. They are my go to vendor in the Orlando area.
