TruBlue of Orlando Metro

I have used TruBlue 3 times over the past 18 months. I have been very pleased with all the work done. I also appreciate the handyman showing up on time and the communication from the office staff. I would highly recommend them. It's hard to find a good handyman. 3 times with TruBlue!!

Anthony came out and did some work for me he was very good and very polite. He knew exactly what he was doing and extremely respectful. Also the office woman (sorry don't remember her name) is quick at responses and informative. I work hire them again!

Terrible customer service from the office. However, their Handyman Norman is very NICE!

If I could give no stars I would. Seriously, if you are thinking of using a handy man service, think long and hard before working with these people. The majority of the work they did, I have had to have redone. They combine pricing with time for their projects to include materials, using a software that gives you no wiggle room or time accountability. Their handyman is always late, usually an hour or more. They have had to come back multiple times to fix the same problems. Honestly I gave them the benefit of the doubt on 4 separate repair jobs in 2016. I just called them here in April 2017 to get several of the things they fixed refixed only to learn they only warranty *(standby) their work for 15 days. So the $2000 I spent, has all but been wasted. When trying to rectify the situation I dealt with their manager yelling at me and dealing with unnecessary emails loaded with excuses about their inadequacies. Seriously stay away.....
