Paradise Grills

I was advised Grille needed a recall. Set appointment and nobody called or showed up on date of appointment. I have not the time to set at home and hope somebody shows up to perform recall. Called them in AM and they advised me somebody would be here between 1 and 5. No Show.

So I went into Paradise Grills and I was greeted by Mike who was very professional and courtesy, the showroom itself looked amazing and clean. It was really inviting to be in the store as if your in your backyard enjoying the grills.

I cant wait to receive my paradise grill. My experience was very positive. Ian did a great job explaining everything and was very patient and didnt let me miss out on an incredible deal.

Thank you Blake and Garrett for your patience, expertise and professionalism in explaining the many different features of your outdoor grills. No hard sell here. What a pleasant experience! Blake answered all our questions on our 1st visit, but we needed a day or two to mull things over. When we returned, Garrett helped us select the perfect grill for our outdoor space. We are extremely happy with our outdoor kitchen. Looking forward to many years of delicious meals with friends and family! What a wonderful addition to our lanai!
