The website said they could cut my car key at this location. I drove 20 minutes across town and they did actually have the equipment to cut my key. However, they refused to do it out of concern for their liability (damages to my blank key fob). I told them I paid $20 for two of them and I didnt care- they still would not cut it.

Hi Mike, I apologize for any confusion regarding our key cutting service. Out of an abundance of caution we will only cut keys that we sell and source from reputable vendors. We're not just concerned about damaging your key fob but we're also concerned about damages to your ignition, door locks, on board computer, and also our equipment in-store. Unfortunately, over the years we have run into each one of these issues and that's why we've had to implement the policy that we have today. You're more than welcome to come back in and purchase a key for your vehicle from us and we would be more than happy to cut it and program it for you, and guarantee that it will work.
