Let me start out with, if Google would allow for zero stars in order to leave a review that's exactly what they would get. Let me start by saying I dropped my car off to the dealership on 1/13, the truck as making a noise, they needed to do a diagnostic but thought it was the engine, not a problem, so I provided my warranty information and waited. I called several times and my service guy advised that he could see my name on the caller ID and would get back to me once they did the diagnostic on my vehicle. I never received a call, nor had my warranty company, and were on 3weeks in. Me trying to be patience I waited let's fast forward to 2/28. I calledagain and again my service guywouldn't answer, actually I was placed on hold until he was done with another customer and then transferred, he sent me to voice-mail, so by this time I'm over it. I called and confirm with Katherine that the vehicle hasn't had a diagnostic check doneas of yet. WTH, seriously, so I called a tow truck and Tropical Ford to see if they can get my vehicle in, not only did they get the vehicle in but did the diagnostic on 3 days and I will add that I was told that they were behind a well. The warranty company was called, approval was given in 3 days and now I'm currently just waiting on the part to come in. This took less then 2 weeks; however Sun State Ford , had my vehicle for nearly 2 months without doing anything. I would NEVER!!!!!!! do business with these people.
