Bought a used F-150 and our salesman Rei did a great job from start to finish. If you go to Elder Ford, he's your guy. We had to come from South Carolina to purchase the truck and he made everything simple and coordinated with us over the phone. He was also open about a minor dent in the hood of the truck before we got to Florida and was able to get it fixed for us before taking the truck home. Sometimes salesman don't point out the flaws in the car but he was honest about it and that stood out to me because I feel like most people wouldn't mention it just to make a sale. Other than that minor detail the car was in great condition. Any question I had, he was there to assist. Rico in finance was also great to work with and was able to get things taken care of easily. Also shout out to the service/detailing team for getting the car in pristine condition before we got there, the car looked brand new.

Purchased my car from here in 2021 awesome sales experience.
Service depart is the reason for this review. Drove a hour for my appointment. When I arrived was told the service member I have been talking to just took lunch. The person who helped me came off as I was bothering her being there. The lady asked if the person was suppose to order the part for meI told her yes. Was then told that they had to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle (I had someone come to my house 2 days before who did that) she did not seem aware of this. Then I was asked when I was picking up my vehicle. I had previously discussed waiting and if it was going to be longer than 2-3 hours I would need a loaner since I would have my kids with me. I was told it would be a while before they could get to it, I asked how long because if it was longer than 3 hours I couldnt wait. She then looked at the guy next to her after my statement and asked how long do you think it will be for her he then said it will be about 2-3 hours before we can bring it back from aggravation I told them I would just reschedule. She then told me the service member I was dealing with would contact me about rescheduling and getting me on a loaner list. It has. Its been 3 weeks and I still havent heard from anyone. When I call I get a voicemail saying can we text you I say yes. I have a service member text me and then when I go to reschedule and set up a loaner I then dont hear back. This is a transmission and seat belt issue and not being taken seriously and keep getting ghosted by a dealership. Service here is a joke. Seems like people there just want a paycheck and not to actually work. I never leave bad reviews but I dont want someone else wasting there time here.

I took my 1996 Ford Mustang Gt Convertible into the elder ford quick lane for a oil and filter change and Mr river hall was so nice and professional they were quick and let me know that I also needed rear brakes and he gave me an estimate on it, the prices they charge are really reasonable they really took good care of me and I appreciate that so I definitely will be a customer for life now, I was going to bill currie ford they let me down so elder ford is number one to me they are the best ford dealer in Tampa FL, I am so thankful and grateful I took my classic Mustang to them for service, they gave me a 5 star treatment !!!!

Giving 5 stars because the staff was very friendly and also very patient as we worked out a deal to trade in my truck for a new F150 Lightning. They had the lowest price within a 500 mile radius of where I live. What I didn't like was finding out there was an additional $3k added to the price for their vehicle protection upgrades which covered things like the spray-in bedliner and window tint. This doesn't reflect on the people I worked with directly, but I think they would benefit greatly by including such additional cost in the fine print of their advertised price. With that said, we were still able to work around that and get the deal down to a price I was happy with. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend going and talking to Will if you're looking for a new car/truck
