Please, do yourself a favor and choose any other electric company. These people came to our house a year ago for a small problem where one outlet needed to be replaced. They tried telling us that our whole infrastructure needed redone. When their sleazy owner came in, he was a assuring my elderly father that they would not try to up charge anything. They proceeded to charge my elderly father $3000 and And even intentionally wired everything the wrong way to the point that our vacuum cleaner caught on fire. I called their shop and it took me threatening a lawsuit and calling the county inspector for them to fix what they did. They didn’t even pull a permit. I would not wish to hiring this company on my worst enemy. They take advantage of customers have have no regrets when taking your hard earned money. Go anywhere else. Also, if they try to respond to this to try and save face, I will edit this.

I am extremely disappointed to have had my new water heater installed by such a poor company. Please save yourself hundreds of dollars and do not use this company for anything. I was charged more than originally quoted for a water heater installation and was left with a hissing pipe coming from the wall to the water heater. About a month later, I find that this hissing pipe is leaking water all over my garage. This company sent the same technicians out who then had the nerve to charge me more for this repair after not inspecting this issue during the water heater installation. It gets worse. After I agreed to give them more of my money as I need this issue repaired, they increase the price by another hundred dollars because they had one small additional valve that was “recommended†to be replaced. If I could, I would give this company a negative score. Very unethical. They did not give me a quote of their work then told me it was $750 total for two "blown out switches." HUH? When I told them I am not paying that they turned my lights that they "fixed" off. I said the lights were working why did you shut them off? They said "it was a trade trick to get it working." Sat outside my house in their van before leaving. I called the supervisor to help and she said she was unsure why they would not give me a quote before they worked. I called back a second time and the worker who answered said there is no "trade trick" and since I was not paying the $750 they turned the lights off since I did not pay for it. They also said there was a fee for my quote.... since when? The guy on the phone admitted that the workers did not follow the proper procedures. Very disappointing. Therefore, please beware!!
