I strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you need some sort of service done. I called this company 12 times today trying to get in touch with a person. 2 out of the 12 times I called I got someone to answer the phone.
When I did speak with someone in regards to the work order submitted by my rental company regarding an emergency plumbing issue I was told by IVY that the technician will be at my house at 3 PM today and to be expecting a call from them prior to their arrival. At 3:45 today I called again, this time it took 4 tries to reach someone and spoke with IVY again, she said that the Technician was in Port Saint Lucy FL. That is over 2 hours away and that he was in the middle of completing a Tile Job, and may be able to be here after 6 PM today.
I have a few issues with this situation. For one, communication with this company is 1/10. While they did call me back after speaking with the technician, all of what they said was not true. Secondly why are they sending a tile guy to come to the house to address a sewer main line issue. I need a Plumber to fix my drains, not someone to install a back splash.
I understand that because this is for a rental home company that they have negotiated some sort of discounted rate so they would rather do the jobs that will make more money. Lets face it, if you don't want the work, don't take the job and waste the time of everyone involved. You see, my plumbing is still jacked, the rental company has to scramble to find a new contractor to fix this issue, this company now lost this job, and finally I'm here writing a 1 star review for the company.
All of this could have been addressed if they either did what they said they would do or option 2 is not take the job they can't send someone out to do.
