DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! I was quoted $300 (patients responsibly) for a tooth extraction, bridge, and bone graft. Opting for a more phased approach, I decided to proceed with only the tooth extraction for the time being as quoted on your treatment plan it would have been $25.00 for extraction (tooth 19) and $25.00 for the "unspec oral surg".Prior to my appointment, I diligently confirmed the out-of-pocket cost with my insurance provider and verified the extraction fee with the office. However, upon arrival for my scheduled extraction, I was presented with a bill for $300, rather than the $25 copay and the unknown charge of $25 I was expecting. I was informed that the procedure required surgical removal, as per the doctor's assessment I questioned the tech that brought me back the quote and informed her of the very thing I previously stated. She looked and said, "Well this is the only way the Dr. is going to do it!". I informed her that is not what was quoted and that's the total involving the bone graft AND bridge and I'm declining both and questioned why the price was still $300. She in return informed me that the quote she was presenting was in fact NOT including the 2 additional procedures. I expressed my absolute disgust and got up to leave. Upon exiting she informed me that she could send antibiotics to the pharmacy which should have been done almost a week ago but that wasn't done either. This sudden increase in cost without prior notification is quite distrusting and a very distasteful way to do business. It is imperative for patients to receive clear and consistent communication regarding treatment plans and associated costs as I did AND prices are not gouged when the patient decides on the proper treatment for their situation and care. The lack of transparency in this instance is concerning, especially considering the potential for this practice to affect other patients who may not be aware of such discrepancies.

Terrible service. Booked for a cleaning 2 weeks ago and then arrive today to be told they need two days to check my insurance? I went to another dentist the next day and had no issues with my insurance.

This office is all about money, I went to have a consultation and they quoted me over 300 to extract my tooth, do a bridge and bone graft! I decided to only do the extraction and work on the rest of the plan later. I contacted my insurance company provided the office pay plan, they informed me what my out of pocket cost would be. I contacted the dentist office and verified what the that extraction price would be. I make the appointment show up to my appointment for the extraction and instead of the $25.00 copay they bring a bill of $300.00 saying the Dr said it needs to be surgically removed. This place is clearly money stricken how can a pay plan that include everything listed be the same price as just an extraction on the day of the procedure? Totally unacceptable. And the sad part about this, they have been and will continue to do this to patients because people do not know. Now I have to remain in pain and all they would say is its gonna cost $300.00. They need to be fined and shut down
