Worse customer service experience. Came to this store under a heavy rain. I ask the lady upfront to help me with my account. Since I came in running from my car I forgot my ID in the car. She refused to help me without my ID. I ask her if it was necessary and she replied that there was no other way without my I'd that she can access my account. So she make me run under a heavy rain to get my ID. When I show my ID since I military she couldn't scan it... so they bypass that verification....🤯. They could of by passed from the beginning but noooo... she make me run to my car get soaking wet for nothing. They need to change their slogan from 100% satisfaction guaranteed to nothing is 100% guaranteed.

Bueno decidí detenerme en esta tienda que esta bien ubicada y tener ya una tercera experiencia y bueno la tercera es la vencida enseguida me atendió iris wow que diferencia ella resolvió todo de manera rapida eficiente y revazo mis expectativas con la gran ayuda de yaritza si van busquenlas ellas de seguro te ayudarán y te daras las mejores herramientas!
