This place has terrible customer service! When go to pay your bill the door is locked most times, they never open on time either and to call is useless because they wont answer when you are trying to get inside. Me and other customers will be waiting and confused. I have to go asking around at the other businesses around Metro if Metro changed their time because they lock customers out when they should be available to help us. A lot of us are on a time crunch and need to get back to work or our lives and dont have the time to be waiting around. Then when they finally do open the doors when they feel like it, you have to catch them for assistance and the employees are always outside front smoking cigarettes and weed. Something has got to change here. Please do better Metro!
