        We have been at the store this afternoon and Julio Cesar took care of us. He is a very efficient, knowledgeable and respectful associate. He made my husbands transition to a new phone, a breeze. He really made a difference. I would recommend this store and Julio Cesar to anyone.

        I cannot say enough for the customer service from Gary and Jahira. I had to replace my phone and my smartwatch. The thought of having to transfer everything over and to pair my watch with my phone again I thought it would be a big headache. But these two people show hope for younger generation in the way they gave customer. They showed and gave great patience. I wasn't too sure about going to the store since it's right by the college and having a younger clientele, but because of these two they truly define age didn't matter in the store. They made me feel welcome, and did not rush me and answered all my questions. Because of them I will continue going back to this location. Thank you again for all your help.
