I keep in a few days go lady was rude and did not want to help me at all she say that I had to do it on the phone told her that I dont know what to say and that I'm also autistic and that I feel like I will get it wrong and that it shouldn't be my job but she just look at me and say yes it is so I call in front of her so in case I need help she can just take over for me and I did because I told her I feel like I was doing it wrong and I was then after she got them to do it right she just wait a little bit more then walk away without saying a goodbye or have a good day I never had a problem before and stuff like this should be headed at the store and not on the phone or by the own of the line because then the communication would be wrong and stuff and then service lines will get messed up because now I feel like my service line is messed up.

I went to that store to purchase a chip. As a black man, there was that Spanish girl harassing me. first she asked me if she could help me without knowing if somebody else was with me already because she asked me later if I was being helped by somebody else. Like I had no business in there. She said that I was wrong about T-Mobile having a 25 +tax dollar plan. Finally when she checked and realized that the prepaid plan really existed and that she could not make me pay $50 like she wanted she wanted to let me know I was wrong about it because it is a 6gig plan.She refused to admit that it costs only 25 dollars. And then she asked me if my phone was fully paid in order for her to just put the SIM card on the phone and let me go. She went on in her craziness saying the Kirkman road was not in Florida when I said that I went the another fine T-mobile office there and was well attended. I don't know why this place is still open with that kind of person working in there !!!
