Irwin,Adriana and Daniel helped me so much with my purchase of Beat headphones. We were in the store for a while trying to figure out which headphones were the best option but they were still nice and attentive!

Lies lies and more lies, check your contract before paying anything, they tell you some numbers and then they change the offer in the contract, they told me they would receive my phone for 800 dollars towards the new phone and then when I see the contract was only 255 (in the Apple Store they were giving me 400) scam!!

Multiple issues with this location. - First visit: You can't upgrade without upgrading your plan (a lie). - Second visit: Ok we'll process your payoff and let you upgrade. After paying, "we don't have your devices in store. You'll have to purchase online." - Third visit: Couldn't take trade in devices even though T-Mobile states trade ins can be taken to a store and I received an email stating that as an option for my device. Don't worry, they still tried to upsell me a tablet like while I was there.This store is just a joke of a location. Go elsewhere.
