Workers at the front are very unprofessional. Im under 25 and I had insurance but In a rush to leave to Florida and make my flight I didnt get a chance to check the expiration date on my insurance and once I handed my insurance to the receptionist she was was too lazy to look up my coverage. She started dialing the number to my insurance but got lazy and said you know what I dont even need to call because your insurance paper is expired anyways. So they made me pay more out of pocket for not having insurance. I called on the phone prior to renting the car what was total cost to rent if I had x, y, & z and she said it would cost this amount but when I got there she started charging me more due to my insurance. Once she charged me all the costs and what not me and my spouse waited over an hour in the lobby for her boyfriend to bring out the rental. Once we got it I had to record/ capture the entire car with pictures and videos in case they tried to charge me for all the damages it had to it when we got it. There was stains all over the seats & carpet. There was no switch remote to lock and unlock the car they gave us a single key so we had to make sure we were extra cautious about where the key was at all times. It wasnt even a fancy car we rented a compact car.
