Horrible service. I waited in line for 30 minutes to make a withdrawal because I'm waiting on a replacement card.

This location is very poorly managed and very unprofessional. They seem to think its okay to make up their own rules. They also think its okay to write account information down on unofficial pieces of paper, which is absolutely not acceptable. The manger has no problem shadowing and supporting this poor behavior. Save yourself time and trouble by going to the alafaya location when open, they are much more efficient and customer oriented over there. I plan to eventually withdraw my money and close this account after 10+ years of dealing with this institution, the inconsistency in service is unbearable per location.

Top candidate for Worst BofA in East Orlando. Manager plays concierge instead of running the branch. Dont come here if youre in a hurry.

We almost lost closing on our house because Tony and his boss didn't know how to handle an in-process transfer.

Try to avoid needing a teller, they discourage that sort of thing here.
